We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This role involves providing quality valuation reports for a diversified asset market in the residential space. You will need excellent communication skills to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients, while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • CPV status and significant experience in the residential valuation space
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills
