Job Overview

The HSEQ Systems Manager is responsible for ensuring the integrity of systems required for regulatory compliance at a major industrial manufacturing facility. The role involves leading a small team of Internal Auditors, providing development, implementation, and maintenance support for the site's business management system to achieve and maintain licenses, certifications, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

For this role, we ideally seek a professional with an engineering or science background and a postgraduate qualification in health, safety, quality, or the environment. Relevant experience working in a major hazard facility (MHF) and being accountable for the integrity of systems required for regulatory compliance and licensing is essential. Strong leadership and influencing skills are also required.
