This senior role is critical in leading the development of renewable energy projects across multiple jurisdictions, driving corporate decarbonization targets and shaping a net-zero energy future.

  • Identify and execute new renewable project development partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Maintain project management principles, prioritizing risk assessment & mitigation, supply chain optimization, grid processes, execution schedules, and quality control.
  • Monitor, control, and report on project milestones and construction delivery schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Lead relationships with external stakeholders, including consultants, OEMs, governments, authorities, and landowners, fostering collaborative partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization, promoting cross-functional synergy and knowledge sharing.
  • E nsure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
About You
  • Relevant technical qualifications, such as civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Strong commercial acumen and established industry networks.
  • NEM project development experience in grid-scale renewables and storage projects.
  • Familiarity with grid connections processes and ability to navigate interactions with TNSPs.
  • Experience engaging with developers, regulators, landowners, communities, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
  • Australian work rights.
