We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team at Breight Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our scaffolding operations.

About the Role

This Senior Scaffolding Supervisor position offers a competitive salary, including leading hourly rates and superannuation on all hours worked. We also provide an onboarding bonus, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career growth and development through our in-house Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

As a Senior Scaffolding Supervisor with Breight Group, you will be responsible for overseeing scaffolding projects, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and mentoring junior staff members. You will also be involved in planning, coordinating, and executing scaffolding operations, as well as conducting site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience as a Leading Hand Scaffolder, a valid High-Risk Work Licence – Advanced Scaffolding, and current certifications in Working at Heights and Enter and Work in Confined Space. You must also possess strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of scaffolding projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols
  • Mentoring and training junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing scaffolding operations, including site inspections to ensure quality standards
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures to mitigate potential hazards
  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
