The Registered Nurse role is a Permanent Part-time opportunity for Grade 2 or Grade 3 RN.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical care, including assessments, monitoring, and medication management.
- Manage wounds and promote healing.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct health assessments, maintain records, and document on eCase.
- Address pain management and handle medical emergencies.
- Provide end-of-life and palliative care.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Knowledge of aged care standards.
- Passionate, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Teamwork skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
This position involves working Monday and Tuesday from 10.15pm to 7.15am, providing opportunities for professional development and career progression.
