The Opportunity

We're seeking highly motivated individuals who are passionate about water safety and eager to join our community. If you have excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

As a lifeguard, your primary focus will be on supervising swimming activities, maintaining vigilant surveillance of the pool area, and responding promptly to any emergencies that may arise. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment, think critically, and make sound decisions will be invaluable in this role.

Our ideal candidate will possess a certification in Pool Lifeguard or equivalent, have a blue card, and be eligible to apply for one if they don't already possess it. They should also demonstrate a high level of physical fitness, mental readiness, and a demonstrated ability to maintain certification-level skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all lifeguard duties with precision and attention to detail.
  • Supervise swimming activities with a focus on safety and risk management.
  • Respond to emergencies with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Administer first aid when necessary, including CPR and artificial respiration.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the pool facilities, equipment, and water to ensure they are safe and usable.
  • Assist in cleaning the pool and related facilities and equipment.
Requirements
  • Completion of a certification in Pool Lifeguard or equivalent.
  • Possession of a blue card.
  • Ability to maintain certification-level physical and mental readiness.
  • Demonstrated lifeguard skills and experience in accordance with industry standards.
