Position Overview: We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Bartenders who can deliver exceptional customer service, high-quality beverages, and embody the vibrant spirit of the Fridays family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and entertain bar patrons while serving a selection of cold beers, fine wines, and our signature cocktails.
  • Occasionally assist in seating guests and serving food and beverages.
  • Promote our loyalty program to enhance customer experience.
  • Craft high-quality drinks that reflect your skills and creativity.
  • Maintain high standards of bar etiquette while serving guests.
  • Prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons.
  • Upsell menu items and suggest pairings to enhance the dining experience.
  • Follow established service protocols to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Prioritize a customer-first culture by addressing guest needs promptly.
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks efficiently.
  • Assess and respond to customers' preferences and make tailored recommendations.
  • Verify customers' identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
  • Restock and replenish bar supplies as needed.
  • Support team members by delivering food and drinks and clearing tables.
  • Maintain a focus on guest satisfaction to foster an outstanding dining experience.
  • Adhere to all food and beverage safety regulations.
  • Create and serve world-famous cocktails that delight our guests.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A friendly and engaging approach to customer service, complemented by excellent service standards.
