Career Opportunity: Regional Services Manager

This role involves leading an experienced team at our Toowoomba Multiservice Centre. You will be responsible for overseeing centre operations, including CHSP, NDIS, and CDC programs in the Darling Downs region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the multiservice team, ensuring effective service delivery and quality of care
  • Oversee centre operations in matters relating to standard of care, legislative requirements, staffing, finances, and business operations

Requirements for Success:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 3 years management experience in aged or community care
  • Extensive knowledge of home care standards and commonwealth home support and consumer directed care programs
  • A strong track record in leading person-centred, quality, and compliant services to improve the well-being of the frail aged
  • Demonstrated ability to lead business and resource planning, deliver outcomes on time, and within budget
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advocate and influence stakeholders
  • High levels of emotional intelligence in people management, coaching, mentoring, and professional development of others
  • Open Driver's Licence
  • National Police Clearance
