We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Specialist to join our team.

This rewarding role involves providing personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Daily Tasks
  • Providing assistance with daily living activities such as showering, toileting, and feeding
  • Assisting with manual handling tasks, including transferring clients to and from beds to shower commodes
  • Offering emotional support and companionship to help alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with vulnerable adults or people with complex needs
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or a similar qualification
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • A willingness to undergo a National Police Check and hold an NDIS Worker Check
