Job Summary

This is a part-time role of at least 20 hours per week, requiring flexibility in your schedule to work on alternating weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays. The successful candidate will support the store manager in driving sales and creating a positive atmosphere in store.

About the Role
  • Help the store manager achieve sales and key performance indicators while maintaining a customer-centric environment.
  • Support your team with training and feedback to help them grow and develop.
  • Manage inventory, maintain a visually appealing store, and assist with visual merchandising.
  • Work with the store manager to create a productive and safe working environment.
  • Assist with roster management to ensure the store is adequately staffed at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience in retail, preferably with leadership or supervisory background.
  • Passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proven ability to support sales goals and coach your team to success.
  • Visual merchandising experience is an asset.
  • Strong organisational skills and multitasking abilities.
