We are seeking a skilled Aged Care Trainer and Assessor to join our team at Australian Learning Group. As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment programs in the Aged Care sector.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training programs using your extensive knowledge and experience in the Aged Care industry.
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students to ensure successful completion of programs.
- Monitor and mark student assessments, and participate in assessment validation and moderation.
- Plan, review, and improve training and assessment programs to ensure they meet the needs of our students.
- A strong passion for the Aged Care sector and a keen interest in teaching others about the industry.
- Experience in training or lecturing is desirable, but not essential.
- Confidence and motivation to deliver high-quality face-to-face and online education.
- Sensitivity and ability to adapt teaching styles to students of different cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and exceptional time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- A high level of attention to quality and detail, and a commitment to continuing professional development.
- A relevant vocational qualification in Aged Care at the Diploma or degree level, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or higher.
- A supportive team environment and a positive and fun work culture.
- The opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and to make a real difference in their lives.
