We are seeking a skilled Seafood Process Worker to join our dynamic team at Agri Labour Australia. As a key member of our seafood processing team, you will be responsible for fish filleting and other related tasks.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced seafood process worker to take their skills to the next level. You will work in a fast-paced factory environment, where you will be responsible for:
- Filleting fish to the highest standards
- Weighing and grading fish and shellfish
- Cleaning and preparing fish and shellfish for processing
- Operating single-function fish processing equipment
- Recording and documenting production data
- Working in a cold storage chiller and freezer environment
What We Offer
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28.65 and 38 hours of work per week, with the potential for flexible hours. Our team is committed to providing a supportive and dynamic work environment, where you can grow and develop your skills.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in knife handling and trimming
