Key Responsibilities

  • Perform support, deployment, and automation tasks related to the management of SIG's trading systems.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and traders to ensure smooth system performance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts to improve system efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide technical documentation and training for new system functionality.
  • Identify opportunities for improving system stability and reliability through improved use of technology.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in the Financial Industry, particularly trading, market making, options, market data, OMS, and/or other related systems.
  • Strong technical skills in scripting, Python, PowerShell, C# or other programming languages.
  • Experience with working with instrument static data and/or other Market Data systems & protocols.
