The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) is seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to join its RegistryConnect Program Office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to contribute to the delivery of a large-scale program aimed at modernizing and stabilizing ASIC's registry services.

As a key member of the Program Office, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective execution and seamless operation of the program. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing program and project frameworks, templates, and processes aligned with best practice and ASIC standards.\
  • Maintaining the accuracy and relevance of key program documentation through regular reviews.\
  • Enhancing program reporting to surface critical insights that support effective decision-making.\
  • Processing key data sets and supporting visual reporting across RAIDD, resourcing, and procurement functions.\
  • Preparing program and portfolio reports, including drafting papers for Steering Committees and other governance forums.\
  • Coordinating reviews of project and program compliance with ASIC's frameworks and supporting related assurance activities.\\[/ul]\

Key Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience supporting large-scale programs.\
  • Strong knowledge of program and project management principles and deliverables.\
  • Skilled in developing visual reports from diverse data sources.\
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Power BI.\
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\\[/ul>\
