Senior Technician

Join our team at Timezone Braybrook as a Senior Technician and take on the challenge of ensuring the smooth operation of our venue's complex systems.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically-minded individual to join our team as a Senior Technician. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the various systems and equipment that make up our venue, including arcade games, pinspotters, machinery, lanes, and scoring equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair complex systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to ensure seamless operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests and team members

Requirements

• Technical expertise in a trade or related field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
