About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to undertake work across a broad range of corporate services activities to support effective business operations within the region.

The successful candidate will assist and advise regional senior leaders, managers, and employees on human resource, financial, and facilities management issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking corporate services activities to support business operations in the region.">
  • Assisting and advising regional senior leaders, managers, and employees on human resource, financial, and facilities management issues.">
  • Implementing initiatives and priorities related to corporate services in the region.">
  • Monitoring corporate service activities to ensure compliance with legislation and departmental policies.">
  • Maintaining and enhancing administrative systems and processes to maximize effectiveness in the region.">
  • Preparing reports, submissions, briefing materials, and correspondence on human resource, financial, and facilities management issues.">
  • Encouraging flexibility, responsiveness, and continuous improvement in service delivery.">
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office equipment and consumable stock supplies.">

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must be a current Queensland Government employee. You will need to attach a brief resume including contact details for two referees who have an understanding of your relevant previous work history.
