We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Warehouse Store Person.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in a dynamic warehouse environment. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that orders are prepared for customers on-time, every time.

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the distribution centre, ensuring duties are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring delivery of stock is efficient and effective.
  • Liaise with the merchandising team to maintain adequate stock levels at all times.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by operating a reach truck/forklift, including loading and unloading trucks.
  • Picking, packing, and scanning stock ready for pick-up.
  • Manual handling of various products.
  • Report to the DC Supervisor on related activities.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure a tidy work environment.

A Forklift license or willingness to obtain one is essential. Previous experience in retail, dispatch, warehousing, or related environments is desirable. If you have a proven ability to provide solutions to enhance the customer experience, this could be the perfect role for you.

A highly organized individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment as well as autonomously would thrive in this position. You should be willing to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Forklift License
  • Previous experience in retail, dispatch, warehousing, or related environments
