Purchasing and Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Officer to manage end-to-end procurement, build strong supplier relationships, and drive commercial objectives in a dynamic Supply Chain environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure raw materials, components, fittings, appliances, and finished goods in line with production schedules.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to meet commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier performance meets technical and operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing data and report on supplier performance, lead times, and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement best practices.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, preferably Acumatica and Smartsheet.
