The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Service Technician to join our team in Goulburn. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field service and supply of fluid transfer solutions to our customers. This will involve providing solutions and building relationships with a variety of customers, as well as traveling to sites within Goulburn and surrounding areas to replace hoses and complete new installation work on machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent, accurate, and high-quality field service and supply of fluid transfer solutions to customers
  • Provide solutions and build relationships with a variety of customers
  • Travel to sites within Goulburn and surrounding areas to replace hoses and complete new installation work on machinery
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Trade/field services experience in Fitting/Mechanical Background and/or Hydraulics
  • Ability to operate machinery, use tools, and measuring devices accurately
  • Excellent numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills
  • A strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
  • Desire to be a team player
  • Ability to arrange and plan priorities
  • Anticipate problems and be proactive in finding solutions
  • Strong understanding of customer service
  • Have an understanding of OHS and Safe Work Practices
  • Ability to carry out instructions
  • Medically fit for the task
  • Be well presented and groomed
  • Trade certificate
  • A current Manual Driver's License and willingness to obtain an LR License
  • Flexibility with working hours as after-hours availability and overtime is a prerequisite
  • Currently living in/near or willing to relocate to Goulburn and Southern Highlands area
