We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities in the local area, leveraging current listings and networking to generate leads.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local real estate market, including property values, trends, and amenities. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining a database of contacts
  • Assessing property values and securing listings for sale
  • Working closely with the Team Administrator to develop and execute advertising and marketing strategies

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary package, including an estimated $120,000 per year, plus 100% commission for the first 3 months. You will also have access to a large rentroll where sales inquiries are provided, offering a steady stream of potential leads.
