About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Classroom Teacher to join our team at St Clare's College. As a Classroom Teacher, you will be responsible for educating students in Mathematics and Science, using approved techniques and resources aligned with the curriculum. You will provide regular assessment and feedback, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with colleagues and families.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  2. Use a range of teaching strategies to promote student understanding and achievement.
  3. Assess student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback.
  4. Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to student learning.
  5. Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in teaching and learning.
Requirements
  1. Must have commenced or completed an Initial Teacher Education (ITE) program.
  2. Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance.
  3. Teaching Quality Institute (TQI) accreditation.
