We have an opportunity for an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our team. The role involves ensuring vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition through quality workmanship.

The primary responsibility is to produce accurate quotes for accident repairs promptly, utilizing your automotive knowledge and computer skills while interacting with clients and team members.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Accurately quote vehicles promptly, adhering to repair cost targets and insurer procedures.
  • Conduct vehicle arrival inspections and manage parts for repairs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to record and authorize additional work.
  • Assist with production management when needed.

1. Proven experience in a similar role in the automotive smash repair industry.
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
3. Ability to meet deadlines, problem-solve and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
