This is a full-time opportunity to work as an experienced Trainer and Assessor in High-Risk Work qualifications.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and relevant training and assessment services, ensuring content meets industry standards and regulations.
The role involves travel to deliver training off-site and maintaining equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are safe and serviceable.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and solid experience as a Trainer/Assessor. You will hold current industry skills, Cert IV TAE, and a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL). Demonstrated lifting operations experience within construction, civil, resources, or training sectors is also required.
- Deliver engaging and relevant training and assessment services
- Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meet industry standards and regulations
- Supervise students' behaviours and provide motivating training
- Maintain equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are safe and serviceable
- Travel may be required to deliver training off-site
- Perform other general duties as required
