Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nurturing care for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that foster children's cognitive and creative development.
  • Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and participate in regular meetings with families.
  • Work collaboratively with other educators to achieve program goals and improve service outcomes.
Requirements
  • A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
