We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join a collaborative Data & AI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Generative AI, with hands-on experience implementing and deploying GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to feed GenAI models.
  • Design, implement, and optimize GenAI model solutions, including LLMs, Embedding Models, Vision-Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and Guardrails.
  • Apply evaluation metrics to track model performance and drive iterative improvements.
  • Develop applications using Python, with a focus on application development and deployment.
  • Deploy and maintain AI/ML pipelines in cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ months of hands-on experience implementing and deploying GenAI solutions.
  • 6+ months of Python application development experience.
  • Experience with model evaluation, data engineering, and production deployment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
