About the Position

We seek an accomplished Data Scientist to transform our vast market experiment data into razor-sharp insights that power better product and marketing decisions.


This role requires blending traditional statistics with cutting-edge AI tools to uncover insights beyond spreadsheet capabilities.


You will be deeply embedded in our product squad, collaborating with engineering, design, and customer teams to build features, refine models, and make our AI-powered insights smarter, faster, and more impactful.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the science and methods behind our AI-driven market insights.
  • Uncover hidden patterns and trends in product and customer data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Design and optimize prompt workflows and eval pipelines to supercharge LLM-driven insights.
  • Use generative AI to connect qualitative and quantitative data and surface stories others may miss.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn insights into action.


Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong data analysis skills, including A/B testing, pivot tables, regressions, and significance testing.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, OpenAI APIs, Claude, Google Vertex, and other AI tools.
  • A product mindset: chasing meaningful outcomes for customers rather than just interesting numbers.
