About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective direct nursing care to our residents in a regional setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete holistic assessments and develop appropriate care plans
  • Evaluate and make clinical decisions to improve the quality of life of our residents
  • Guide our care staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated Aged Care/Hospital experience
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, and night duties
  • Ability to communicate effectively and patiently with residents with varying health issues
