About the Job

As a software engineer, you'll be working on real client project simulations, sharpening your skills in a hands-on environment. You'll learn by doing, with expert coaches guiding you every step of the way.

In just 12-14 weeks, you'll be ready to work with top clients in banking, finance, insurance, and more. You'll have the opportunity to specialize in roles such as:

  • Software Engineer
  • Automation Tester
  • Site Reliability Engineer
  • Cloud Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your journey and take your skills to the next level.

The Requirements

To be eligible for this program, you'll need to:

  • Hold a university degree level (bachelor or higher)
  • Be able to commit to completing our full 2.5-year graduate program
  • Show strong problem-solving and analytical skills, paired with great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have eligibility to work in Australia (citizen or permanent resident)
  • Be willing to relocate for client projects

We require our consultants to attend the office for client assignments when required, but many of our clients offer hybrid working arrangements.
