We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for safeguarding our digital assets by monitoring and responding to security events and incidents.

Key responsibilities of this role include the prompt identification and resolution of security incidents with minimal disruption to business operations, as well as proactive use of threat intelligence to anticipate, assess, and mitigate emerging cyber threats.

Additionally, this role requires continuous surveillance of systems and networks to detect anomalies and potential breaches in real-time, accurate and detailed recording of security incidents, investigations, and outcomes, and strong engagement with IT, risk, and business units to enhance organisational security awareness and resilience.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, and have 1-3 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 1 year focused on IT security and governance.

Required skills and qualifications include familiarity with frameworks like NIST CSF, AESCSF, or ITIL, hands-on experience with tools like Endpoint Protection, SIEM, PAM, Vulnerability Management, and IAM, and experience in incident response, risk assessment, and working across teams.
