Key Leadership Role in Architecture

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to take on a key leadership role within our Architecture business.

The Opportunity
  • Deliver architectural design and documentation across a range of sectors, including transport, infrastructure, and public realm projects.
  • Accountable for the delivery of projects or packages, supervising and coordinating multidiscipline design inputs and driving integration and collaboration across teams.
  • Foster enthusiasm for design and collaboration across the architecture and multidisciplinary teams, elevating culture through a positive attitude that drives quality outcomes and a supportive working environment.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, contributing to project strategy and delivery.
  • Contribute to the growth of our architectural presence in Queensland by supporting initiatives that emphasize quality and total design, and collaborating closely with colleagues to help elevate project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years' experience as an Architect, registered in Queensland.
  • Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency across leading software including Revit and Adobe Suite.
  • Proven experience delivering complex architectural projects within a consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
  • Deep understanding of building design processes, legislation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
