High-end bar staff are required to join our team at a prestigious hotel.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and passionate bar staff member to work in our newly opened venue. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a hatted chef in a high-end dining environment that promises excellence in both service and cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

  • To prepare and serve premium cocktails, wines and spirits with a high level of knowledge and professionalism
  • To provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers have a memorable experience
  • To maintain a clean, organized and well-presented bar area at all times
  • To uphold RSA standards at all times and handle cash and credit transactions accurately

Requirements

  • A valid RSA certificate and current visa for Australia
  • Previous experience working in a cocktail bar or a similar environment
  • Excellent presentation, punctuality and responsibility skills
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Knowledge of wine and cocktails
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a proactive attitude
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
