Job Description

This position involves conducting comprehensive health assessments and developing individualized care plans for patients with acute and chronic physical health conditions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor of Nursing degree and current AHPRA registrationMinimum 23 years of post-graduate experience in acute or primary healthcare within the last 5 yearsBackground in Primary Health, Rural, or Emergency NursingCurrent CPR (HLTAID009 or equivalent) and First Aid certificationExperience using electronic health record systemsAdvanced Life Support certificationRecognition as a Nurse Immuniser (NSW)What We Offer
