Speech Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our growing team near Wavell Heights in Brisbane.

About the Role

This full-time and part-time position offers a paediatric caseload of 80% based in a clinic and 20% in the community, presenting with neurodiverse or physical conditions.

The successful candidate will have a billable target of 22.4-25 hours per week, seeing 4-5 clients per day. You will support children (ages 3-18 years) requiring assistance with speech and articulation, language and literacy, functional and social communication, fluency, and stuttering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with neurodiverse and physical conditions in clinical settings and the community
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to address client goals and needs
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • A current driver's license and own vehicle
