Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop enterprise-wide domain capabilities and technology target states, consulting with stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Align architectural designs to customer and business lenses, using insights from colleagues and experts.
  • Design, maintain, and iterate high-quality architectural artefacts for diverse audiences, adhering to standard tools and formats.
  • Lead the implementation of architectural principles for standard patterns and reusable enterprise-wide designs.
  • Ensure traceability, auditability, and transparency of architectural decisions through governance mechanisms.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 10+ years experience as an architecture practitioner, preferably across enterprise, solution, and engineering domains.
  • Direct experience working with Health technology and systems, either within clinical/residential settings or in the Digital healthcare environment.
  • Professional qualifications and certifications in architecture practice, analysis, and design.
  • Experience working within matrix structures, brokering outcomes collaboratively with colleagues and peers.
