Strategic Partnership Lead

We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Lead to drive health promotion outcomes through strategic leadership and operational management of the Partnership Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction to ensure health promotion outcomes are achieved through sport, arts, and other community setting funding programs.
  • Develop and implement effective partnerships that enhance health promotion.
  • Lead and manage teams and resources to deliver on objectives.
  • Manage critical stakeholder relationships and networks.
  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction and effectiveness of Healthway's work.
Requirements
  • Expertise in health promotion with demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful strategies within community settings.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage resources, and foster a collaborative working environment to achieve strategic health outcomes.
  • Experience in identifying, establishing, and maintaining effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and influencing diverse perspectives to drive impactful health promotion outcomes.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical abilities with experience providing high-level advice to the CEO and Board as well as contributing to the development of strategies to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to various stakeholders and develop strong partnerships to support health promotion outcomes.
