Key Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver items to designated locations in a punctual manner.
  • Ensure the safe handling and transportation of all cargo.
  • Maintain accurate records and obtain necessary signatures.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Access to a reliable cargo van or a three-ton ute.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Previous delivery experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 kg.
  • Must be able to perform interstate deliveries.
