Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Director to lead our team of veterinarians and nurses in a thriving community. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for mentoring graduates, guiding a passionate team, and shaping the future of veterinary care.

Our purpose-built facility includes:

  • 2 consult rooms, a dedicated surgery suite, x-ray room, and treatment area
  • Separate cat and dog wards for stress-free patient care
  • Full suite of equipment including dental, x-ray, ultrasound, and pathology capabilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience
  • Proven ability to work sole charge when required
  • Flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Passionate about clinical excellence and positive client outcomes

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Veterinary Science qualification from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC).
