About the Role
Our client, a leading mining company, is seeking a skilled Boilermaker to join their team on a FIFO basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various levels of welding, structural steel fabrication, maintenance, and shutdown work on mine sites and workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding and structural steel fabrication tasks to high standards
- Conduct maintenance and repair work on equipment and machinery
- Participate in shutdown activities and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements
- Trade certificate in Boilermaking
- Valid driver's license
- Medical certificate (MIM or IPL)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
