Martial Arts Coach

Are you a passionate and skilled martial artist looking to inspire the next generation? As a Martial Arts Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to students of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coaching Sessions: Deliver engaging and safe coaching sessions that cater to different age groups and skill levels.
  • Lesson Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that promote technique, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
  • Student Development: Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills and achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • A relevant experience in Martial Arts coaching or competing.
  • A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) - relevant to state or territory.
  • Child Protection Training (preferred).
  • First Aid + CPR Training (preferred).
Desirable Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of standard coaching practices.
  • Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships and communicate clearly and effectively with students, staff, and administrators.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle confidential matters with tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse community.
