Job Description

As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating an inviting environment for guests by ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing daily work allocations for housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest complaints, lost and found items, and other important information.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-to-3-years' experience in a hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to handle guest complaints and work with conflicting priorities.
  • A strong understanding of workplace practices in Occupational Health and Safety.
