We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in Central Queensland.
As a key member of our kitchen crew, you will be responsible for managing daily bakery production, preparing fresh breads, and implementing baked goods menus that meet contractual requirements.
You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth coordination across the kitchen, taking ownership of your bakery section and delivering consistently high-quality results.
With variety across different outlets in the Village, every day will offer a new challenge and the opportunity to showcase your expertise.
This role requires:
- Australian Trade Qualification of Certificate 3 in Baking or higher
- At least 2 years' experience as a Baker in an industrial/commercial setting
- Strong ability to meet client expectations for food quality, presentation, and strict adherence to food safety and HACCP standards
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Ability to pass a full Pre-employment Medical Assessment and Drug and Alcohol Test
- A valid police check issued within the last 12 months
