Job Title:

Clinical Nurse Leader

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will provide advanced practice nursing care to individuals and collaborate with healthcare teams. You will lead the development of nursing specialty practice and advocate for person-centered care.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead clinical decision-making in specialty nursing care and develop evidence-based practices.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to ensure high-quality nursing care.
  • Maintain competence through ongoing professional development and share expertise with others.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize patient needs.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse and relevant post-registration qualifications in Alcohol and Other Drugs.
  • Minimum three years' experience working in the designated clinical specialty.
