Customer Service Representative and Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to promote our home furniture and white goods business through exceptional customer service and online marketing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, driving sales, and providing high-class customer service across various platforms.

You will liaise with customers, resolve queries and complaints, maintain professional relationships, arrange inspections, deliveries, and returns of goods. Additionally, you will drive sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge, achieve outlined sales targets, maintain strong product knowledge and market awareness, handle payments, and manage financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies and goals
  • Create and edit engaging content for social media platforms
  • Analyze statistics and refine social media marketing campaigns
  • Engage with followers and respond to social media inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 1 year of retail sales experience, at least 1 year of social media experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Media Marketing or related field (preferred). You must have familiarity with social media platforms and effective marketing techniques, advanced computer skills, graphic design software proficiency, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
