Human Resources Generalist Role

The ANZ HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in supporting the Global Human Resources Division, driving various human resources functions including full cycle recruiting, training, employee relations, employee engagement, benefits administration, and HRIS management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Engagement & Recognition Programs: Foster high employee morale through drive and monitoring of programs.
  • HRIS and Data Management: Maintain accurate data entry and utilization of HR systems.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in managing the talent acquisition process for assigned requisitions.
  • Organization Structure Maintenance: Update job requirements and descriptions for all positions.
  • HR Policy Guidance: Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies.
  • Employee Relations: Participate in employee disciplinary meetings and investigations.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Personnel File Management: Manage employee personnel files and I-9 documentation.
  • Learning & Development Data Management: Oversee learning and development data through the Learning Management System.
  • Company Communication Assistance: Assist with company communication and maintenance of the employee SharePoint site.
Education and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or Economics is required.
  2. 3-5 years of progressive experience in human resources is essential.
  3. Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices is crucial.
  4. Recruitment experience in engineering, consulting, or professional services fields is preferred.
  5. Ability to work in and pull data from an HRIS is highly desirable.
  6. Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulatory requirements is necessary.
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality is vital.
