About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Executive Director to lead our Community and Allied Health services. This strategic role offers the opportunity to drive transformation across sub-acute, community aged care, disability, Telerehab, and Allied Health services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Community and Allied Health strategies aligned with SA Health Care Plan and RMCLHN's objectives.
  • Manage significant budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Direct large teams across multiple disciplines to promote integration, professional development, and excellence in care.
  • Influence policy and practice reform at local, state, and national levels.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across all levels of the organisation.

  • Ability to influence and lead change in dynamic, challenging environments.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range, estimated to be between $127,859 - $172,459 p.a., depending on classification. Additionally, you will have access to a range of education and training opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and salary sacrifice benefits.
