Warehouse Coordinator Opportunity at Scania Australia

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Scania Australia. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods into and out of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading stock from vehicles and containers
  • Receiving and counting stock, and reporting any discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting stock levels
  • Supplying parts to our workshop technicians in a timely and efficient manner
  • Picking and packing parts according to picking slips
  • Liaising with courier and delivery companies to ensure timely delivery of goods

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory role
  • Forklift and high reach license (desirable)
  • Practical experience in workplace safety and quality control
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
