At Remote Staff, we are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and take on the exciting role of setting up the lighting design and products division for an Australian-based electrical services company.

The Role:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and Google to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. You will also execute targeted email marketing campaigns, manage emails, prepare quotes, handle invoicing, and schedule appointments to ensure the seamless operation of daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish high-quality content on social media platforms to attract and engage with customers.
  • Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing emails, preparing quotes, handling invoicing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce store, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders and transactions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media and email marketing.
  • Strong content creation skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Experience in using graphic design software, such as Canva, to create visually appealing graphics and images.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and other relevant software applications.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.
