Our client, a leading brand in the Waste Management Industry, is urgently seeking experienced operators for a role that involves working with other experienced operators for compaction operations at their landfill or working across their transfer station to compact and load MC trucks to transfer waste to other sites based on your preference.

This role is ideal for experienced operators who are seeking a stable local role with decent pay where they can grow and develop within a secure company. Note that to be considered competent on ticketed machines, they require 1+ year of solid experience.

We are looking for candidates with multiple tickets, preferably 2 or 3 of the following RII tickets: Excavator, Dozer, Compactor, Scraper. While not essential, experience on any of the following machines is a bonus: Moxy, Water Cart, Bulk water, Skid Steer, Front end loader. A car and licence are required to get to work reliably.
