Head Mixologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Mixologist to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront. As a key member of our outlets team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of 18 Knots, our rooftop bar, and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional cocktail experience.

• Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and recipes to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and train bar staff to maintain high standards of service and quality.
• Manage bar stock and inventory to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with the outlets manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure a safe and positive work environment for all team members.

• Minimum 1 year experience in a bar environment with strong cocktail and wine knowledge.
• Social media savvy and following mixology trends.
• Excellent team collaboration skills and leadership skills.
• Flexibility in hours as you will be working rostered shifts.
• An interest in developing others to be part of a winning team.
• Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.
