Compassionate Long-Term Care Nurse

A dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is sought after to provide efficient and effective nursing care in a dynamic long-term care setting.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and a flexible, fun, and energetic personality. As an LPN, you will be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shifts, including staff assignments, mentoring, and educating nursing personnel.
- In this role, you will work closely with physicians and other medical professionals to achieve positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Mentor and educate nursing personnel to ensure consistent delivery of quality care.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to promote optimal care and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting is preferred.
- A professional image and excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
